Teppei Takahashi joined Adacotech Inc. in Feb. 2022. Prior to Adocotech, he started his career as an engineer and has built his career working in various industries. While working in DMM.com LLC as general engineering manager, he came to realize that the key factors in resolving the technical debt is to improve organization structure and human resource strategy. This realization has turned his profession as Jinjineer, a person who’s in charge of both HR(Jinji) and Engineering. Most recently, he served as VPoE and CHRO positions at various corporations.
